Appointments can be rescheduled as follows:

  • Date/Time: up to 2 times if a new appointment is requested 2 weeks in advance.
  • Time only: up to 2 times if a new appointment is requested 1 week in advance.

This conditions will be respected if enough date/time options are given during the appointment request.
Due to the itinerant nature of my work I may not be in your district and it would be physically impossible then to reach you.


In cases of impossibility to meet the scheduled appointment, we urge you to communicate the cancellation of the same AT LEAST 24 h BEFORE to avoid being charged on the next appointment.

Charge works as follows: for every 15 minutes of work lost there will be a charge of 4€.

We also inform you that there is the possibility that we will not be able to provide the full service in case of appointment delays of more than 15 minutes.

We are aware that accidents can happen and that is why we will always try to take them into consideration. Forgetting your appointment is not a valid justification as there are automatic notifications sent by Google Calendar after we both agree on a date/time.
